Heather Autry graduated from Body Therapy Institute in October of 2007. Before her adventure into a new world of alternative therapies she was a retail manager for many different stores in the mall over the years. Getting tired of many hours at the mall during the holidays she decided to look into a carreer change. Knowing her mother had Fibromyalgia and that massage therapy helped her through the flare ups she decided to look into schools in the area. The school that pulled her in was Body Therapy Institute in Siler City. The school had intensive classes in Deep Tissue techniques, Somatic Psychology, Swedish, Anatomy and Pathology etc. The many modalities she has picked up through the years include: Pregnancy, Hot Stones, Trigger Point, Reflexology, and her favorite Medical Massage. In October 2015 she has taken her first Thai massage clinic and hopes to become certified in the next year.
